華麗的午餐(二)- Cilantro Set Lunch

記得在南美洲和朋友聊天時,談起KL的餐馆,說着說着,

就提到了Cilantro,一間在巴生谷非常有名的法国餐馆。

这才发现原来大家都没在那用過餐;于是就說好回國后,要找一天去那試試。

由於晚餐的价钱不菲,所以我们選擇了相對較便宜的星期五的特價午間套餐(Rm150)。

當天的套餐包含了一杯氣泡飲料,

兩樣前菜,主菜(两選一),甜品和餐後咖啡或茶。

第一样前菜是切得薄薄的鰤魚片(如果没記錯的話)配上白萝卜(Tranche of Burl with Daikon)。

法国餐馆里头吃到生鱼片,感觉还挺新鲜的。(也可能是我孤陋寡闻啦,呵呵)

而接下来的則是一蚝两吃(Two Ways of Oysters)。

一邊是生蠔配海帶再加點調味泡沫,另一邊則是清湯鮮蠔。

前者略鹹,很有海洋的風味,而后者則有點日式禪味的感覺。

而在兩種吃法裡頭,我和馬少會比較喜歡後者。

主菜共有兩種選擇,一是紅燒和牛頰配鵝肝(Braised Wagyu Cheek with Foie Gras),

另一樣則是黑貂魚龍蝦配魚卵沫(Sable Fish with Lobster and Bottarga)。

馬少喜歡牛肉所以選了前者,

而我雖然很喜歡鵝肝,不過不愛牛肉所以只好吃魚。

我覺得那主菜的分量還蠻小的,沒兩口我就吃完了自己那份。

不過馬少那的鵝肝竟然和牛頰的一樣大,所以我就不客氣的切了一半來吃啦。

最後的甜品呢是法式甜派,

外加雪糕和綠茶醬(Pithivier with Green Tea Anglaise)。

味道甜而不膩,我個人還蠻享受的。

總的來說,整份套餐用料上等,烹調得也不錯,

不過總覺得少了些些的驚喜,也許是我們的期望太高了吧。

當天讓我印象最深刻的,其實是他們的餐前麵包和牛油。

麵包做得好不說,而那牛油裡頭竟然加了香氣濃郁的松露;

涂在麵包上,一口一口的,吃了還真停不下來。

所以雖然每樣菜的分量都不大,當天我還吃得挺飽的。 😛

      The portions was a bit small, but we ate a lot of bread with the wonderful truffle butter. Still very full at the end, hehehehe. 😛

      Thanks Chong! I didnt use flash for all my photos.
      I think the build-in flash in my camera is a bit too harsh, and I don’t have the external flash.

  7. yay, sounds like an enjoyable lunch!!! i think the combination of foie gras & beef cheek might be the one i would love the most. two of my favorite ingredients 😀

      Hehehe, I will be happier if they gave me 2 portions of foie gras instead of one portion of foie gras and one portion of beef cheek. 😛

      晚餐的选择较多,套餐好像从两百多开始。
      是啊,那个main的分量蛮小的,两口就吃完了,呵呵。
