當燒肉愛上了叉燒

有一天王美記的燒肉偷偷對我們說﹐

他和Toast & Roast的叉燒戀愛了。

但他也知道這段戀情是不被允許的。

不同的膚色(?)﹐門派有別(?)﹐在加上相隔兩地﹐

相愛﹐卻註定無法在一起。

一段沒有結局沒有明天的戀情。

所以﹐為了成全他們這對苦命的情人﹐

我們想了一個辦法﹔用我們的肚子充當七夕的鵲橋﹐

先到王美記把燒肉吃進肚子﹐

然後再到Toast & Roast把叉燒給吃掉。

那從他們就可以快快樂樂的在我們的肚子里﹐

相知相見﹐相思相戀。。。。。。

這樣寫好像有點無聊厚? 😛

但我想偶爾換換口味/寫法﹐應該也無傷大雅吧。

不過說真的﹐王美記每天12:30分出爐的燒肉﹐外皮烤得香脆可口﹐

裡頭的肉卻依然還是鮮嫩多汁﹐加上他們用的是上好的花肉﹔

所以雖然價錢稍貴了一點﹐我們依然覺得物有所值。

而Toast & Roast那肥瘦剛好﹐入口即化的叉燒﹐也是我們的最愛。

我們懶惰把他們打包回家一起吃﹐只好吃了一樣再去吃另一樣囉。

    the siew yoke looks nice. i like 50-50 fat-&-lean meat, with very crispy skin. and cannot have the strong “pork smell,” heheh 😀
