魚頭!魚頭!Fish Head Mania!

有看這期Time Out KL的朋友,以下有些照片是不是有些眼熟?呵呵。

上个月馬少接了一個Time Out KL的案子,要寫一篇關於“魚頭”的文章。

結果週末時我們就到處去吃魚頭。

從日式的黃鰤魚頭湯,一路吃到印式咖喱魚頭,

中式的蒸魚頭,最後最後還有魚頭米粉。

黃鰤魚頭湯是在Kingyo那吃到的。

除了黃鰤魚頭外,裡頭放了香菇、豆腐、羊角豆和日式清酒一起慢慢熬煮,

清清的,飄著淡淡酒香;在雨天時來一份,那暖暖的感覺絕對是“一級棒吶”!

至於印式的咖喱魚頭我們則跑到著名的Kampung Attap去。

坐在鋅板屋下,一大個红鲷咖喱鱼頭,配上豆芽,包菜等小菜。

長那麼大,這還是我第一次吃印式的咖喱魚頭咧。

那獨特的印度香料,配上豆腐pok,羊角豆和茄子等材料,

煮出來的咖喱汁略帶酸味,吃起來還挺開胃的。

午餐吃了印式的咖喱魚頭,晚餐時換換口味,來份中式的蒸魚頭。

地點是舊巴生路的肥佬肉骨茶店。

這裡除了肉骨茶很出名外,他們的姜蓉蒸松魚頭口碑也很好。

蒸魚的火候剛好,肉質鮮美而湯汁香濃。

姜蓉雖多,卻不會太嗆過辣,

據說蒸魚時還加了雞精,難怪那湯汁那麼鮮甜美味。

最後還有一樣就是魚頭米粉了,地點是Taman Kuchai Jaya那的冠華。

不過由於他們的營業時間只有週日,而且是從上午九點半至下午三點半,

所以我沒吃著,就只有馬少自己去吃。

那裡出名的是XO魚頭米粉。

馬少說裡頭加了芋頭,湯汁和一般的不同,還蠻好吃的。

據說他們的芋頭扣肉包也不錯,看來下次我要找個機會去試試。

后记:

我不是魚頭的粉絲,平時也不會特地去點一些魚頭的菜式。

而这次馬少接的案子,让我有機會吃到各式各類的魚頭,想想也挺有趣的。:)

  4. oooo, this post makes me hungry, because i really like fish head (especially the eyes and the flesh near the ‘cheeks’)! i think i will prefer the steamed recipes, since i can’t take a lot of spicy food. i think sri petaling now has a fish head noodle restaurant, so maybe i can try that one 😀

      I don’t really know how to eat the fish head. It needs a lot of effort! hahaha.

    Hi CK, I also dunno how to eat fish head…. but my family likes to order it. I just eat the meat let them do all the other hard work! 😛

    我好懷念魚頭米粉哦~
    我真的很久沒吃魚頭,最多也只是吃柳葉魚和吻仔魚的魚頭
    哈哈

      平時我連魚頭米粉都很少吃呢。呵呵
