Menya Musashi – 1 Utama/P Ramlee

我們第一次吃Menya Musashi的拉面是在KLCC的Isetan裡頭。

當時只是一個暫時性小攤子,每天只售賣一百碗的限量拉面。

算是他們試探市場反應的一種行銷策略吧。

不過由於是開在KLCC裡頭,無論用料還是湯底,都以雞肉取代了豬肉。

雖然如此,面的彈性和雞肉都處理很不錯,我們挺喜歡的。

過了不久﹐Menya Musashi在1 Utama的Isetan-Eat Paradise裡頭開了個攤位﹔

聽說生意很好人氣超旺,尤其是午餐時間更是大排長龍。

於是我們選了一個週末上午,趁午餐人潮還沒開始,

到那去試試他們的豚骨拉面。

是的﹐這裡的湯底和叉燒是用豚骨和豬肉製成﹔

而且選擇也比之前多了,單單湯底就有蔥油(white onion oil)

辣味(homemade chili)黑蒜(black-fried shallots with garlic)三种。

我们分别选了辣味和黑蒜两种。

老实说汤底嘛我们两种都喜欢,面的弹性还是很好,

不过奇怪的是我们竟然比较喜欢之前的鸡肉多于叉烧。

而最近,Menya MusashiKLCC附近的Jln P. Ramlee开了一间分店。

这间分店和1 Utama的有些不同,虽然汤底的种类和选择一样,

不过这里则以鸡肉为主,完全没有猪肉,可能是开在KLCC附近吧。

我们点了葱油和辣味两种拉面,

久违的鸡肉还是一样好吃,汤底也不逊于由豚骨熬成的﹔

而更棒的是,這裡距離我公司很近,

下次要來吃拉面就容易多啦! 😀

    Hehhee so cute la… always when u write a blogpost abt ramen, the English translation always say “dolphin bones”. LOL.

    I havent tried Menya in KL yet but tried it in Singapore… very nice!

    wonder if menya musashi will open a third outlet during the next year, and where it might be. now it looks like every major area got ramen restaurant already! bandar utama got, pavilion got, mid valley got, publika got 😀

      I wish my favourite ramen chain will open in kl too! 😛
