The Hungry Hog

這間位於Subang的餐館開業好一陣子了﹐聽聞口碑不錯。

不過如果只有我們兩個人﹐實在有點提不起勁特地駕車到那吃一餐。

要是有朋友相約﹐那又另當別論。 😛

The Hungry Hog算是一間主題餐館吧﹐從擺設到食物都以豬為主。

我們的朋友是愛‘豬’之人﹐所以當晚點了不少的食物。

前菜有炸豬皮和燒肉。

切得薄薄的豬皮﹐用油一炸﹐香香脆脆的﹐就像蝦餅一樣。

而脆皮燒肉則是他們的招牌菜﹐分套餐和單點兩種。

聽說每天燒的份量不多﹐所以想吃的話最好是打電話預定。

不過如果以燒肉而論的話﹐我個人還是比較喜歡王美記的。

而主菜我們共點了豬肉漢堡﹑豬肉香腸﹑烤豬排和泰式肉碎飯。

除了泰式肉碎飯外﹐我每樣都試了一點﹐味道還不錯。

不過如果豬肉漢堡的肉餡厚一點的話﹐那會更好。

我的飯後甜點是培根雪糕﹐特別吧?

香草雪糕配上培根碎﹐我還蠻喜歡這種混搭結果。

不過會覺得稍稍甜了一點﹐應該是淋上了楓樹糖漿吧。


 

記得去年的這個時候﹐我們也到過另一間以豬為主題的餐館﹐Ad Hog

不過雖然都是豬肉為主﹐兩間餐館走的路線完全不同。

Ad Hog的食物做得較精緻﹐價錢當然也比較貴﹔

而The Hungry Hog則比較大眾化。

    Ad Hog, The Hungry Hog … what will the next Hog restaurant to complete this trinity? Hog Habitat? Hog Hanky-Panky? or maybe Hallelujah Hog! heheh 😀

    呵呵,會不會覺得它們的香腸吃起來像春捲?還有那個泰式肉碎飯的味道也不錯。

      香腸不錯吃﹐不過這次沒試到那臺式肉碎飯。

    I may not understand the language but I can tell the burger must be delicious! KL has to be a city of food!

      Yes, there are plenty good food in KL! You should visit KL more! 😀

    Well, kinda. Because I don’t eat pork (and not drink it either! :p) I can’t try to visit the restaurants that he recommends for the pork dishes. I also just found other blogs from different people that also focus on food and restaurants in KL alone! 😀
