週末廚房之英倫早餐(English Breakfast)

週末廚房再接再厲,繼續開鑼!

經過上一輪的手忙腳亂后,我們痛定思痛的檢討了一番。

這一次無論是時間上的分配還是食材的處理都好多啦。

(至少不會拍照拍到一半,鍋子里的食物在冒煙。)

這得歸功於馬少的事前周詳策劃。(偶爾要拍拍馬屁,對就是‘馬’屁!)

他是導演加廚師,我打打下手兼攝影;

基本上他說什麽我就做什麽,

要先拍哪一樣東西,我就去拍哪一樣。(很乖吧?)

上次我們煮了法式甜點可麗餅,

這次要挑戰的則是英倫早餐(English Breakfast)。

除了在超市買的現成的豬肉香腸(pork sausage),

醃肉(pork bacon)和酸麵包(sourdough)外,

我們還自己做了炒蘑菇,

炒蛋(scrambled eggs)和烤櫻桃番茄(roasted cherry tomatoes),

再外加一大瓶鮮榨橙汁。(十粒橙加一粒檸檬)

烤櫻桃番茄的做法:

  1. 將櫻桃番茄洗淨,加些香料,橄欖油和一點的特級冷壓橄欖油(extra virgin olive oil)
  2. 放入200˚c的烤箱烤至表皮起皱為止

炒蛋是網上找來的,然後自己增改了一些些:

  1. 三粒雞蛋加一匙的鮮奶油,外加一些意大利香草打勻
  2. 在鍋子里加入牛油,待牛油融解后,徐徐倒入打好的蛋汁
  3. 用小火將蛋慢慢炒熟,最後起鍋前加點起司
  4. 食用前滴幾滴松露油

其他:

  1. 用牛油先將香腸煎熟,再煎醃肉
  2. 然後用煎過香腸和醃肉的鍋子來炒蘑菇
  3. 酸麵包切薄片,要吃前烤一烤

後記:

除了那醃肉鹹了一點之外,我覺得這次週末廚房的成果還算不錯。

加了松露油的炒蛋,充滿濃郁的松露香味,我個人挺喜歡的。

馬少說如果放起司的時間早一些的話,那炒蛋的口感會更濕潤些。

不過說到驚喜,則要數那烤道番茄。

用橄欖油烤過的櫻桃番茄,依然鮮甜多汁,而且香氣十足。

好吃又開胃,下次應該多烤些。

而爲了拍攝效果不那麼單調,我們還去選了一些桌布、鍋墊來當背景。

出來的效果還不錯吧? (自賣自誇,哈哈哈!)

    照片小建议:番茄和蘑菇片的照片不对称,少了美感。如果可以个别半个圆碗再拼凑就比较美了吧?当然也还有其他的构图可用,加油!很用心的生活一对。。。

      Haha, we bought the sourdough from BIG. 😛 Hmmm, how much you willing to pay for that?
