Weekend Kitchen: Four Seasons Tartine

Weekend Kitchen: Four Seasons Tartine

把外頭買回來的麵包放進烤爐烘一烘后,再利用家裡現有的食材;

(Truffle Oil Scrambled Eggs),

(Nutella and Mango),

(Miso Bear Rillettes with Olive Paste)

Four Seasons Tartine.

    1. ckiong says:

Yes, the real bear, haha. I think because is canned food and with miso paste, it’s not gamey at all. 🙂
Yaloh, the nutella with mango works quite well, but a bit sweet lah. hehehe

  8. omigosh, what is this bear rilette? i cannot read chinese, so i don’t know what all the words are beside the bear face on the can cover/wrapping 😀 heheh, i like your fusion tartine/bruschetta; all look good, the egg, the olive paste, the nutella. the toppings are so thick. maybe can call it ‘tarthetta’ 😀

    1. ckiong says:

    1. ckiong says:

      Thanks for the recommendation! 😀

  15. Kelly says:

Bear?! What does that taste like (lazy to type in Chinese because I’m on my laptop haha). Yeah I think they do look like Bruschetta but like you say who cares, as long as they tastes good! 😀

    1. ckiong says:

Ya, bear! hahaha. The texture a bit like pork with some fat on it. Because it was a canned food, the meat is very soft, and a bit sweet due to the miso, quite nice. 😀

  16. Zoe says:
