轉眼又是週末啦!

爲了這星期的週末廚房要做什麽,我們倆又在翻食譜。

馬少拿的是Jamie Oliver的Jamie at Home,

而我則在翻看五周年紀念日時馬少送的What Katie Ate Recipe and other Bits & Pieces。

翻著翻著,我看到一段介紹

“I featured these little cakes on the blog a year or two ago, and I’ve never received so many compliments from my girlfriends (who claims they can’t cook!). They love making for all sort of occasions…..”

食材少又簡單,連攪拌器都不用。。。

好,就是它了— Friand!

除了做法簡單外,這食譜還有一點吸引我,那就是當中用覆盆子。

新鮮的覆盆子味道不怎麼樣,

可是當烤熟后,烤爐一打開時,一陣陣濃郁的覆盆子香氣撲面而來,

點酸酸甜甜的,聞起來就很快樂。

Wiki 上說,Friand是一種法式小蛋糕,在澳洲和紐西蘭挺受歡迎的。

可是我們都沒吃過,所以做出來的Friand對不對也不知道。

不過那口感和味道我們都蠻喜歡就是了。

如果下次再做一次的話,我們會把糖的份量減少些,感覺有點過甜。

還好覆盆子夠酸,吃起來沒那麼膩。

食材:
覆盆子76g、牛油95克、杏仁粉(almond meal)118g、糖184g、麵粉52g、蛋白三粒
(食材的比例是經過度量衡換算的,應該准吧。。。)

做法:
1. 輕輕把蛋白打散
2. 加入牛油、糖、杏仁粉、麵粉,攪拌均勻
3. 途點牛油在蛋糕模上,將2的混合物倒入,放些覆盆子
4. 放進200度的烘爐約25-30分鐘

  3. wow! i usually don’t really like raspberries, cos i don’t enjoy sour fruits, but yours are so beautiful in shape and color. the results look very nice and interesting too. one serving for me to try! 😀

      Actually the friands were a bit too sweet, with the sourness of raspberries just nice. 😀

      是啊,杏仁粉沒有麵粉那麼幼,口感比較‘粗’些。
