六月底的日本自由行一共是八天八夜。(好兆頭吧?發啊!)

前四天在北海道的行程已經介紹過了;

而后四天的大部份時間我們都呆在東京。

其實也沒什麼特定的行程,就泡泡咖啡館,不然就逛街購物兼找東西吃。

不過其中有一天,我們閒著無聊,搭火車到橫濱玩了半天。

而這半天的時間我們都花在日清杯面博物館(Cup Noodles Museum)裡頭。

日清是一家日本食品公司,最廣為人知的就是他們的杯麵、泡麵和即食麵。

(我吃的最多的應該是出前一丁。。。。)

世界上最早的方便面–鸡味方便面(Chicken Ramen),

就是由日清集團的創辦人安藤百福所發明的。

杯麵博物館裡頭除了有創始人的生平介紹外,還有很多有趣的地方。

像收集世界各地泡麵的展示館,一間仿造安藤百福發明方便麵的老屋子;

還有一些裝置藝術和有關安藤百福思想觀的佈置和設計。

除此之外,頂樓的Noodle Baazar還能讓你吃到各地麵食的。

不過最受大眾喜愛的,則非博物館三樓的My Cup Noodles Factory莫屬。

因為在這裡你可以自己DIY製造出一杯獨一無二的杯面!

首先是杯子的設計;在三樓的入口處先付錢拿個空的杯子。

洗手後就可以用他們所提供的彩色筆在杯上畫出你喜歡的圖案。

畫完了就可以到櫃檯那去進行面、湯底和配料的包裝。

湯底有一共有四種選擇,而配料則從12種裡頭任選四種。

真空包裝后完畢後,最後還要去製作充氣包。

這樣可以避免杯面不小心被擠壓而變形。(不過不能這樣帶上機啦)

我覺得那杯麵DIY的過程還挺好玩的。

馬少平時就愛塗塗寫寫的,拿起筆就能畫。

我連上次拿起顏色筆作畫都忘了是什麽時候的事了,

剛開始時還真不知該如何下筆咧。

忘了提,這樣製作出來的拉麵食用期限是一個月。

我們帶回來后就放在櫃子里直到現在。。。。。。

吃是不能吃了,不過拿來當個紀念也不錯。

      是啊,真是很不錯的紀念品,不過就嘗不到我們自己搭配的杯面的味道了,呵呵。

      是啊,和那些古老的博物館很不一樣,有趣又好玩。有機會去橫濱的話,不妨去參觀一下。
      其實大阪那還有一個日清拉麵博物館,不過我們沒去過,我猜應該也很好玩。

  8. what a cool museum, the exhibits are really fun to look at, and i like all your photos. i once interviewed the son of momofuku ando when he visited KL, and he talked about the future of instant noodles and how he hopes to make the food healthier 😀

      Hmmm I wish there are some healthy instant noodles. 😀
