馬少說﹐研究報告顯示:
要達成減肥的目的﹐單靠運動是不夠的。
運動充其量只佔了10%的功效﹐而其他90%靠的是均衡﹑健康的飲食習慣。
為了100天的賭約﹐我們近來除了開始努力運動外﹐周日時也儘量在家吃晚餐。
昨天是西洋菜湯﹐蒸雞腿和清炒豆苗配白飯。
今天呢﹐馬少說我們應該少吃白飯﹔
但只吃配菜的話又怕不夠飽﹐所以就用蕃薯來代替白飯。
他把蕃薯做成薯泥﹐裡頭加了一點牛油和日本買回來的健康鹽做調味。
感覺和馬鈴薯泥差不多﹐但多了一絲甜味。
(資料說蕃薯的澱粉比較健康﹐馬少說的﹐不要問我。 :P)
再來就是泰式煎蛋(Thai Omelette)﹐那是他從網上找來的食譜。
和普通煎蛋不同的是﹐他在打蛋前加了一點泰國魚露(fish sauce)和青檸檬汁。
那一點的魚露和青檸檬汁讓煎蛋的味道變得更豐富﹔還蠻不錯的。
要吃得健康又怎能沒有蔬菜呢?
把西蘭花﹐紅蘿蔔和番茄用蒜頭清炒﹐簡單又營養。
最後就是昨天的西洋菜湯﹔煮了一大鍋﹐分兩天喝﹐份量剛剛好。
會不會是五分鐘熱度呢?
老實說我也不知道﹐不過有賭約的話﹐
持續性應該會大些﹐因為我們都是怕輸一族﹐哈哈哈。
