我們倆都不是點心粉絲,
所以就算老早就聽說雅軒那的點心很不錯,也一直沒去試試。
直到上禮拜天,不知怎麼的,突然心血來潮想吃點心,
於是就約了一位來自文萊的朋友一同去那用餐。
說起來還真丟臉,我知道雅軒就在Jln P.Ramlee哪,可是卻不知道確實的地點。
把車子停在KLCC後,一直沿着Jln P.Ramlee找,都找不着﹔
最後還是友人用了‘哀鳳’裡頭的google map才找到的,呵呵。
我們真的很少去吃點心,所以面對菜單上那麼多的選擇時,
剎時間我還真不知道該怎麼點。
於是就隨便點了蝦餃、燒賣和馬少最喜歡的芋角﹔而友人則點了流沙包和蛋塔。
但就這幾樣怎麼夠我們吃咧?
所以就問問服務員有什麼好介紹﹔
接着我們又點了叉燒酥、芒果蝦仁和炸豬腸粉。
這的蝦餃不錯,蝦肉新鮮又多﹔而芋角酥脆得來卻不會太油。
但馬少覺得芋角的味道稍淡了點,我呢則覺味道得剛好,吃了不會覺得膩。
友人點的流沙包裡頭好像有些薄荷葉還是什麼的,味道很好。
而叉燒酥也很不錯,外皮夠酥餡料也足,我們都很喜歡。
不過當天最大的驚喜是那道炸豬腸粉,
外皮柔軟順滑,裡面則包了炸的脆脆的蘿蔔絲,
沾點醬汁然後讓兩種截然不同的口感在口里交會,好吃!
吃完了這些,再來份湯圓和白果薏米當甜品,就剛剛好七分飽。
休息一會兒,可以續攤去喝咖啡! 🙂

ah, this makes me want to eat some siew mai! i also rarely eat dim sum, maybe only once every three or four months. cannot call myself a real chinese unless got eat dim sum at least once a month 😀
You eat more frequent than us, we eat every 6 months or even lesser, lol.

那豬腸粉真的蛮特别的,没在别的地方看过,但是炸的吗?看你的照片不像哦 O.o
其實只有餡料是炸的﹐很好吃哦。 🙂
Tried their dim sum many times, usually we go to the one in Taman Connaught cos nearer. Their chef is quite handsome LOL!
Wow! got lengzai chef, we should go there and try the dimsum next time. 😀
今天中午才和朋友吃飲茶,看起來香港的比溫哥華的厲害些~

卖相就知道不是一般价位的点心。。

Actually we seldom eat dimsum, but Elegant Inn is one of our favourite place. 🙂
A reminder to self to return to Elegant Inn. Been almost a year since I returned to makan. And its so near to my office…
