Croisette Cafe﹐一間藏身在公寓裡頭的法國餐館。
白色的牆壁,綠色的桌子,鮮艷的桌墊﹔
加上大片由窗外瀉進來的自然光,讓我一踏入餐館裡頭就馬上喜歡上這裡。
之前就聽說這間餐館的東西很不錯,可是就一直沒有機會去。
這次趁着國慶假期,我們約了一位朋友一起到那吃午餐。
我們點了兩份前菜,Duck Liver Mousse和Cheezy Rotizza。
沒有腥味的鴨肝醬,涂在烤得脆脆的麵包上,
再配上沙律和腌瓜,一道我很喜歡的開胃菜。
Rotizza的口感則有點象Roti Prata,
而配料分別有Cheesy, Pistou &Tomato, Smoked Salmon和 Margarita 四種選擇。
我們選了起司味的作為我們另一道前菜。
香濃起司味的‘Roti Prata’,聞了就已經讓人食指大動。
至於主菜,我們倆的選擇都和鴨有關,
我選了蘑菇醬鴨胸 (Duck Breast Cepes Sauce),
馬少則點了油封鴨腿(Duck Leg Confit) 。
而我們的朋友選的是馬賽魚湯(Bouillabaisse)。
鴨胸肉火候拿捏得剛好,肉質鮮嫩且還帶點淡淡紅色,
沾點蘑菇醬配着馬鈴薯一起吃,沒兩下就讓我吃完了。
馬少很喜歡油封鴨腿這道菜,一般有機會的話都會點來試試。
這裡還配上了用鴨油煎過的馬鈴薯,
雖然不是他心目中的最愛,但絕對滿意。
馬賽魚湯這原是普羅旺斯的漁夫料理,
是漁夫們把賣剩的魚肉和带壳海产所煮成的杂鱼汤。
现时今日则变成为一道普罗旺斯的名菜。
湯底由混合的魚隻、橄欖油和香料熬制而成,
吃的時候配着麵包丁和rouille 佐酱一起吃。
我试了一口,那加了许多海鲜的汤底鲜美无比,
如果不是吃得太饱了和想吃甜品的话,我都想叫一份来吃吃。
(这是他们特别菜单上食物,不是时常都有,下次来时就得看运气了。)
最后是甜品,我们共点了两道,
分别是Chocolate Orange Parfait 和 Bavarois Raspberry Mango Slice。
做得精致非常,而且用料十足,象那Chocolate Parfait 就是用了75%的可可制成。
这里的甜品甜而不腻,份量刚好,就算主菜吃得再饱也吃得下。
後記:
除了食物很不錯外﹐我也很喜歡這裡的用餐環境﹐
自然的採光加上當天晴朗的天氣﹐
這次拍的照片是我最喜歡的系列之一﹐
連吃完得碗碟和吃剩的骨頭蝦殼等也拍得不亦樂乎。:P
