自從上次在Dish用餐後﹐我們就一直念念不忘他們的南瓜湯。
於是在某個週末的夜晚﹐我們約了朋友到Dish去吃晚餐。
前菜當然是我們喜歡的南瓜湯﹐外加一道香煎帶子(sauteed scallops)。
加了蘑菇和起司的南瓜湯(pumpkin soup)還是一樣好喝。
而煎的香味四溢的帶子配上薄薄的蘋果片更是我們的新歡。
至於主菜﹐我點了海鮮意大利面(shellfish linguine)﹐而馬少則點了烤雪魚。
烤雪魚(salt baked cod)在上次朋友點的時候就試吃了一些﹐
記得味道很不錯﹐所以這次我們也點了一份。
而意大利面里的海鮮放了不少﹐新鮮又好吃。
不過如果那面可以再‘硬’一些會更合我意。
過了不久﹐聽說Steve Allen為Delicious研發的新菜單正式上市。
我們很喜歡的南瓜湯也列在新菜單裡頭。
於是貪新鮮的我們﹐找了某個週末上午到Delicious去用餐。
我們共點了南瓜湯﹐南瓜燴飯(pumpkin risotto)和蟹肉牛油果沙律。
這裡的南瓜湯的份量變小了﹐價錢也相對比較便宜﹐
不過味道和口感則保持不變。
南瓜燴飯裡頭加入了炭烤花枝和蝦﹔為整道燴飯增色不少。
但燴飯的口感則稍嫌軟了些。
至於蟹肉牛油果沙律(crab and avocado salad)則是美麗的錯誤。
我原本點的是芒果沙律﹐不過服務員卻弄錯了。
新鮮的蟹肉配上牛油果和青菜﹐原來可以很好吃﹔讓我不禁慶幸服務員搞錯了。
原本還想試試他們的新甜點﹐不過我們倆吃得實在太飽了﹐只好留待下次。

I want to try the pumpkin risotto from Delicious, since I love risotto.
I just tried the pumpkin soup from DISH the other day, very nice hor. Steve gonna put a new scallop dish on his menu soon, with grilled watermelon.
The charcoal grilled squids and prawns in the pumpkin risotto very nice, I love that very much.
Wow, nice scallop dish, can’t wait to taste that! 😀

mmmmm, i wish there was a delicious within walking distance from my office. then i can have crab-and-avocado salad for tea today! 😀
