馬少:‘今晚想吃什麽啊?’
我:‘hmmm想吃日本餐!’
馬少:‘ok 啊,去那里吃?’
我:‘去Matsuya好了,我們還有很多東西都沒試過的,這次我們點些不一樣的!’
到了那裡服務員來點菜時:
我:‘Can we have foie gras fried rice, foie gras and daikon radish,gindara saikyomiso zuke yaki,sashimi……’
這些不就是我們常點的菜嗎?
是的,把菜單翻來翻去后我們又點了一樣的菜,哈哈。
我只能說我對鵝肝實在沒什麼抗拒力。。。。。
還好還好,除了這幾道菜,我們還點了兩樣新的菜肴,
那就是Inaniwa Udon(稻庭乌冬面)和薑汁大蔥炒牛肉。
Inaniwa Udon是馬少很喜歡的一道日本料理,
無論那間日本餐館,只要有這道料理的,馬少都會點來試試。
而這裡稻庭乌冬面還不錯,面的彈性,湯頭和牛肉的處理都拿捏得挺好的。
不過馬少心目中最愛依然是Hotel Equatorial的Kampachi。
我不是很喜歡牛肉,所以那碟薑汁大蔥炒牛肉我只吃了一點。
個人嘛覺得還不錯,至少沒有我討厭的牛騷味,
牛肉也夠嫩,不會太熟,馬少還挺享受的。
後記:
下次一定、一定、鐵定、鋼定要點一桌全部沒吃過的菜肴!!!
hmm…..會嗎?請拭目以待,哈哈哈。

heheh, i cannot say no to foie gras also. i think i wish i owned a foie gras farm, then i could have foie gras for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 😀

我很愛吃內臟,不過膽固醇很高,所以現在很少吃了。 😛
