自从生日时在Millesime吃了他们的鹅肝大餐后,心里就一直念念不忘。
尤其是服务员对我说,他们有一道很特别的鹅肝;
有别于一般的鹅肝煮法,不是用煎而是用Poached的,下次来时会煮给我们试试。
这次我们带了一位朋友去那用餐,
心里还想着要怎么对服务员说我要吃那道特别的鹅肝呢,
因为菜单是固定好的,不像一般餐馆可以任点。
可是没想到服务员居然还认得我,一看到我就问是不是來吃鹅肝?
这倒省了我一番唇舌,哈哈哈。
吃了两道菜后,蹬! 蹬! 蹬! 蹬!
终于轮到这念兹在兹的鹅肝上場。
用鸭油煮过的鹅肝,配着油封鸭肉和清清的汤底,
乍看之下没什么,可是当我咬下第一口时,
那入口即化的鹅肝,迸发出来的感觉简直美妙得无法形容,
脑海里只想着,天啊,怎么会那么好吃!
每咬一口我都会闭上眼睛,细细品尝那鹅肝在口中融化的感觉,
實在真是一大享受啊。
记得刚抵达时我和跟服务员闲聊,说除了要吃鵝肝外﹐
上次拍的照片不是很滿意,这次要再来拍过
沒想到服务员在我们吃完甜品后,
又送上了阿拉斯加火焰蛋糕(Bombe Alaska)﹐说让我再拍过,很贴心吧?
虽然当天的菜都很好吃,
不过这道鹅肝所带来的震撼实在太大了,把其他菜肴的光芒都掩盖了。
後記:
其實對於這次拍的照片,心裡還是非常不滿意! 🙁
那拍照的技術還得多加提升才行,
不過沒關係下次再去拍過好了,
順道可以再吃一次那特別的鵝肝也不錯! 哈哈哈。

This is one awesome place nicely tucked away from the busy part of Publika. Love their Friday wine lunches on Fridays that I am lucky enough to start relaxing from lunch time.
