(Amuse Bouche)
在去巴黎之前,我就和老鼠醫生說了這次我想在巴黎吃一頓‘米其林’大餐。
然後請他幫忙找餐館和做預定。
在那麼多的米其林餐館裡頭(從一星到三星不等),我們該怎麼選呢?
首先嘛當然不能太貴,不然吃了要在巴黎洗碗那就不好了。:P
再來就是找一間對穿著沒有太苛刻要求的;
我不想去旅行時還要帶著西裝大衣,領帶和皮鞋。
還有就是總所周知的,這些米其林餐館的生意超好,
(有些餐館在好幾個月前就得預定好)。
所以當然還得看看哪些餐館有位子啦。
(Scallops,lemon and celery)
(Wild Crab, turnip and ginger)
(Salsify,mint and balsamic)
最後老鼠醫生找了一間叫Cobéa的法國餐館;完全符合我們的要求。
更妙的是距離我們所住的公寓不遠,步行就到了。
老實說,第一次到米其林餐館用餐其實還挺緊張的;尤其是要拍照的時候。
雖然我都不用閃光燈,但還是擔心侍應生會阻止我拍照,
而且另一方面也怕打擾到其他客人。
不過還好我們的位置是在餐館的最裡頭,周圍的桌子不多。
侍應生們好像也見怪不怪的沒理我。
話雖如此,當我拍照時還是覺得有點變扭啦,(好像很多人看著我似得)
在加上怕食物冷卻了后會失去原有的風味;
所以每道菜來時都快快地拍了一兩張就停手了。
(John Dory Fish, gnocchi and cauliflower)
(“Arnaud Tauzin”Poultry,chards and comte)
(Veal Sweetbread,beetroot)
(Brie Cheese, truffle)
當天我們點都了一樣的食物,那就是他們的品尝套餐 (Degustation)。
(馬少說大家都選一樣的就不用等我拍照,可以先吃啦。。。。。>.<)
而這裡的品尝套餐又分為四、六或八道菜。
大家心想品尝套餐裡的食物一般上份量都不大,所以不約而同的都點了八道菜。
那可真是一個錯誤的選擇!因為雖然菜單上是八道,
可是加了兩道開胃菜(Amuse Bouche)和餐館額外附送的三道甜品水果,
這樣一頓吃下來,也真的飽得不得了。
(Ginger and lemongrass sorbet)
(Pineapple, meringue)
食物方面就不一一介紹了。
(其實是相隔得太久了,也忘什麽是什麽啦。。。。)
不過我記得當時的我們都一致認為,
這裡的食物做得非常精緻,菜色的搭配和味道也很好,
而服務和環境也不錯,可是就是沒有想像中來得驚喜。
或許是我的期望太高了,也可能還在jetlag,因為吃到一半時已經有點想睡了。
不過無論如何,這是我人生的第一頓米其林大餐(雖然只有一星啦)。
而且更棒更棒的是,這頓飯是老鼠醫生請的!哈哈哈哈,真是謝謝老鼠醫生了。

The portions look so tiny, but once you’ve eaten a number of courses they all start to fill the tummy.
Yes although the portions looked tiny, we were so full after finished them all. 😛

不包含飲料的話,那套餐約90到100歐元左右。:D
Hehe congrats on yr first Michelin meal. I rmbr my first time eating in a Michelin-star restaurant in Marbella also, such an exciting first experience for me. I heard that Europe Michelin star restaurants are quite expensive, if u ever go to London must try more Michelin restaurants cos they’re really affordable.

oooh, looks like you made a good choice about which restaurant to visit! price seems quite fair; the combination of brie cheese and truffle sounds delicious. and i like veal sweetbread, so that one also can be my dish, heheh 😀
Hehe, I’m not a big fan of brie cheese, so the only dish I don’t really enjoy is the brie cheese with truffle. 😛

The food was good and so pretty, it was a great dinning experience. 😀
Oh I normally don’t like to eat cheese by it’s own. And I will prefer lighter flavour cheese. Brie is a bit hard to me too. 😛

I still remember the cheese course and the palate cleanser of ginger + lemongrass sorbet. Superb!
