我們平時很少會主動去找韓國餐來吃。
對韓國餐的印象中還停留在由許多小碟子裝著的各式小菜﹐
韓式燒烤和人參雞湯這些常見的韓式菜餚。
Namoo On The Park﹐這間剛開業不久的韓國餐館/咖啡館﹐
則顛覆了我對韓國餐既有的印象。
第一次到那裡用是晚餐時分。
馬少點了牛肉米漢堡(rice burger)﹐我則選了人參童子雞。
米漢堡的口感類似飯團﹐比起一般的漢堡多了一點米飯的香氣。
裡頭的牛肉餡也做得不錯﹐
唯一美中不足的是我們覺得那飯做得稍微濕了一點。
(今天聽朋友說﹐他點的米漢堡還蠻乾的﹐可能我們運氣不好吧﹐呵呵。)
這裡的人參童子雞和常見的人參雞湯不同。
雞裡頭塞了糯米﹐配上帶點人參味的醬汁﹐再灑上些小辣椒﹐
甜中帶鹹﹐香中帶辣﹐吃不慣的人也許會覺得甜了點﹐我倒覺得ok。
吃完了主菜﹐我們點了 南瓜蛋糕和糯米飯作為飯後甜品。
糯米飯裡頭帶有果仁和紅棗的香味﹐
不過相比之下我們比較喜歡那份南瓜蛋糕。
甜而不膩﹐無論單吃蛋糕還是配著雪糕一起吃都不錯。
上個週末我們又到Namoo去﹐這次則是下午茶時間。
我們一共點了豆腐沙律﹐Mat Tang和南瓜蛋糕。
由蜜汁蕃薯﹑南瓜和米糕組成的Mat Tang﹐
香香甜甜的﹐看起來很簡單卻挺好吃的。
而炸得香香的豆腐﹐配上新鮮的蔬菜﹐再淋上帶有花生香味的醬汁﹐
清新爽口﹐和Mat Tang的口味完全相反﹔
使得整頓下午茶吃起來不至於只有‘甜’一種味道。
還有這裡的裝璜也和一般韓國餐館很不同。
許多的復古小擺設搭配輕鬆活潑的音樂﹐
給人充滿活力和元氣感覺﹐難怪才開業不久﹐就吸引了許多年輕人。

Wah you guys managed to lift up the rice burger in one piece. Mine cannot leh…. just ate with fork and knife ;P
I think Mr Mah has bigger hands so can hold the whole burger, hehehe. 😀

three different people asked me this month where they should go for a good dinner at publika. all three times i said, namoo! and luckily, all three times, they were happy with their visits 😀
We had been there few times, and we love that place and their desserts, need to try their other main course. 😀
