上個週末我們倆又去了新加坡一趟。
除了搓搓麻將﹑見見老同學外﹔
我們這趟也順道去了Ramen Champion吃拉面。
新加坡這幾年來的拉面風很盛﹐
拉面店如雨後春筍般﹐開了一間又一間。
位於Bugis Junction附近的Iluma Mall則是近來最熱門的拉面戰場。
共有六位來自日本的著名拉面師傅在裡頭開設面攤。
(感覺有點像京都的拉面小路。)
大家吃完拉面後可以在現場或上面子書投票﹐為期一年。
一年後﹐得票最高的面攤將會在新加坡開設分店。
我們和一帆小倆口四人﹐點了四種不同口味的拉面﹐然後拿了小碗分著吃。
加上在京都時嚐過的富山拉面﹐六種口味中我們已經嚐過了五種。
雖然大家選用的麵條粗細不同﹐但是麵條的彈性全都掌握得不錯。
而湯底呢﹐有的濃稠﹐有的則較清淡﹐各有特色。
總的來說﹐都不錯吃。
可是就沒有一家讓我們有‘驚艷’的感覺。
如果硬要比較的話﹐我們會把票投給一幸舍拉面(Ikkousha)。
至於我們兩心目中最喜歡的拉面﹐還是東京的屯京(Tochin)拉面。
omg, have you counted how many bowls of ramen you & the horse have eaten so far in 2011? in japan plus KL plus singapore. maybe 50?! heheh

That is Bario Ramen, we love the pork!
Wah the first bowl of noodles look damn nice
Nicer than Santouka?
That is Gantetsu Ramen from Sapporo, nice but we prefer the broth from Santouka.
