Simply Mel’s﹐

I get to go dine at Simply Mel’s again this Friday – hooray! 😀
Hi JT, there’s a lot of crossover influence between Peranakan/Nyonya and Portuguese cuisine in Malacca (speaking as a native-born Malaccan myself). The dishes at Simply Mel’s seem to be less the typical Malaccan-Portuguese dishes served at the usual restaurants and more of home-cooked favourites served from the heart. Whichever it is, it tastes AWESOME! 😀
Food looks awesome! But so many ppl blogged di hor.. I am going to wait for the new menu;)
The full menu not out yet, definetely will go back again. 🙂
wa….

Yes it is 牛舌, can feel it melts in ur mouth, quite nice!
You forgot to tell Scott that the chef named the ox tongue dish after our friend! LOL
