因為怕肥,所以週末廚房好久都沒有糕點了。
不過這次心癢癢,忽然想吃巧克力蛋糕,於是馬少就去找了個食譜來試做。
這個食譜有個很吸引人的名字,叫Easy Chocolate Cake,
聽起來就很適合我們這些初學者。
但是不知道是不是在把食譜上計算份量的‘杯’換算成‘公克’時出了問題,
還是烤箱的溫度不對,烤的時候非常香;
那濃濃的巧克力味讓人充滿期待和幻想,
可是當烤完后,成品出來時卻發現蛋糕太乾了。
爲了搶救這很香但很乾的蛋糕,我在上頭加了一層花生醬,
然後在放些覆盆子來點綴兼調味。
無奈蛋糕本身實在太乾了,已經乾到還魂乏術,加什麽都沒用了。
所以說啊雖然名字叫Easy Chocolate Cake,
但我們還是把蛋糕搞砸了。。。。。。
*接下來要出差和去玩,所以週末廚房要暫時修廚啦,大家明年再見吧!呵呵。

Those bright red berries are fab with chocolate.
Those berries added the colour and the flavour to dry cakes, hehe.
u actually wipe water/chocolate liquid on the cake, then put a cake of water into oven to moisture your dry cake XD

nice idea, to make it less dry by adding peanut butter! i like the color of the cake, it actually looks like it would have a very powerful and pleasant flavor 😀
The cakes were very rich and fragrant, just tasted a bit too dry. Hehe.
I guess you might baked too long or the liquid to flour ratio is not balance….haha
