上星期做壽司所剩的食材還挺多的,
本著不浪費食物的精神,
我們這次就用那些剩下的食材來做一道菜好了。
不過該做些什麽呢?
我們之前在Croisette吃過一道沙丁魚拼盤的前菜。
做法看起來很簡單,而且還非常漂亮,
好,那我們就來抄襲一下好了。
首先把所有的食材切成小丁塊,
一層接一層的,擺放在一個器皿裡頭。
然後放在冰箱冰一會兒,再把器皿反過來倒在碟子里。
最後撒些剩餘的食材在碟子上做裝飾,就大功告成啦。
做法很簡單,不過做出來的成果卻和我們預期的不同。
原以為把那器皿翻過來,
裡頭的食材就會美美的出現在碟子上,結果不盡然。
一部份的食材乖乖出來了,一些卻還黏在器皿裡頭。
到最後只好用湯匙把他們挖出來,慢慢疊上去,
所以最上頭那層的形狀不是很美。
至於口感和味道嘛還不錯,一整個清新爽口。
炎炎的夏日里來一份還挺開胃的。
*下星期沒有週末廚房,因為這週末我們要去曼谷喝咖啡,呵呵呵。:D
looks very healthy and refreshing! hmmmm, maybe for me personally, i would replace the cucumber with avocado since i don’t like cucumber. but i’m happy you have egg in this recipe 😀
