烤雞,一道再也普通不過的食品。

尤其是對現在的人而言;從餐館到快餐專賣店,甚至大型超市都有。

不過小時候家嘛裡沒有烘爐,外頭也沒有Kenny Rogers 或Nandos。

所以印象中卻好像很少吃烤雞,連燒雞翅都很少。

現在偶而會去吃一頓,但次數也不多。

(問了問馬少, 他也說小時候也沒什麼機會吃。。。)

既然如此,那這期的週末廚房就來做烤雞吧。

食材少,做法簡單;非常符合我們週末廚房條件要領。

不過由於我們的烘爐很小,放不下整只雞,所以用的是小雞腿。

而調味料方面只有有橄欖油,黑胡椒、迷迭香和我們秘魯買回來的礦鹽

和上次的不同,這包礦鹽裡頭加了一些香料,適合烤雞用。

不過由於擔心小雞腿的份量不夠,再加上想增一些別的風味,

我們還額外加了一條意大利香腸和櫻桃番茄一起烤。

我覺得可能由於調味料不多,這道烤雞的味道還蠻輕的;

而且製作簡單,如果週日下班回到家的時間還早,可以做來當晚餐。

食材:

橄欖油小雞腿、黑胡椒、新鮮迷迭香、蒜頭一粒(剝成小瓣)、大蔥一粒(切碎)、櫻桃番茄

意大利香腸、些許檸檬皮。

做法:

  1. 把迷迭香、橄欖油和櫻桃番茄放入碗中攪一攪,然後放到烤盤里
  2. 把蒜頭和切碎的大蔥放到烤盤中,加入洗淨的小雞腿和香腸
  3. 放些鹽、橄欖油和迷迭香調味
  4. 最後切些檸檬皮
  5. 放入200度的烤箱烤一小時

 

(我們把櫻桃飯和雞肉分開烤,因為怕烤出來的烤雞會濕濕綿綿的,不過其實不會咧)

      Hahaha, wait till we have a bigger oven first. Now our toaster oven only can fit few drumlet, lol.

      Haha we thought of drumstick too, but the heat in our oven not very even, so drumlet is easier for us.

  3. oh ya, i remember when i was a teenager, my family bought a microwave for convenience, and then my aunt would make microwaved roasted chicken maybe twice a week. it was nice, but yours looks nicer, heheh. i’m happy you have a lot of garlic in your recipe. and love your photos of the lemon with the salt, the cherry tomatoes, very professional-looking leh 😀
