前陣子通過神聖兔子的部落格獲知了一則消息﹔
那就是Bistro à Table (BAT) 開始在週末時段推出早午餐 (brunch) 服務。
這對喜歡BAT的我們無疑是一則好消息。
所以我們倆找了個慵懶的星期天﹐
睡了個夠本後就到那去吃早午餐。
我們點了一份鬆露油炒蛋和馬六甲椰糖鬆餅後﹐
感覺還不過癮﹐於是又再追加了一份焦糖吐司。
馬少點的鬆露油炒蛋很香﹐老遠就能聞到那鬆露的味道。
不過裡頭最大的驚喜則來自那不起眼的烤蘑菇﹐
雖然黑黑的一塊﹐不過由於在烘烤時加了迷迭香﹐那味道頓時變得豐富起來。
(或許我們應該在家里種些迷迭香﹐下次烤雞肉時可以丟些下去。)

我點的是鬆餅﹐其最大的特色是廚師用馬六甲椰糖取代了一般的楓糖。
還有就是除了牛油外還加了ricotta cheese。
這樣的配搭即新鮮又特別的﹐我個人還蠻喜歡的。
當天三道食物裡頭﹐馬少最喜歡的是那道焦糖吐司。
口感和一般常吃的吐司的不同﹐感覺會更軟些﹐有點像鬆餅。
外觀極為普通但一入口就能感受到它的不同。

BAT早午餐的菜單還挺豐富的﹐選擇也不少﹐大約有整十樣吧﹔
或許下次應該約些朋友一起去﹐那就可以嚐嚐其他的食物。

ooh, ya, maybe you can try planting a few herbs at your apartment! rosemary would be nice, and there are some other herbs that you can even grow indoors (basil, sage, thyme), so that your home will smell beautifully fragrant! hahah, maybe i should plant some mint leaves at my place 😀
We plan to plant mints and rosemarry.
I love mint leaves, can drop some into the sparkling water with lime, or fruit juice, taste nice! 😀
I know why Sean wants to plant mint, so he can make mojito and drink at home ;P
Hahaha, I think he has no time to take care his mint, too busy makan already, lol

我們覺得那的吐司很不同﹐還蠻喜歡的;還有那Truffled scrambled eggs也不錯﹐喜歡鬆露的話﹐應該蠻享受的。:)
